My Hearts to You

yellow flower with hearts

“How does the Meadow flower its bloom unfold? Because the lovely little flower is free down to its root, and in that freedom bold.”

—William Wordsworth

“A field of wildflowers brings happiness and dreams. The first thought when seeing a field of wildflowers is sheer delight. The second thought is preserving the moment. Taking in a deep breath helps the mind and body connect. Am I dreaming? The third thought is spending the rest of the day among the wildflowers, the beautiful tiny yellow Buttercups that blow in the wind. This is by far the most indulgent and fulfilling thought.

Wildflowers are wild and untamed, growing where they please. They blow in the wind. They have no rules or regulations. A field full of wildflowers eases the mind and brings a sense of calmness. A field of wildflowers brings serenity to the heart and peace to the soul. At times, it would be better for time to stand still and be completely in the moment.

Let your heart fill with joy. Spend some time in nature. ”
